Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout may not be eligible for replacement.

7-Day Exchange Policy (Final — Opened Allowed, Not Installed + Customer Pays)
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer an exchange for a different item of equal value, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible for Exchange (Must meet all conditions)
To qualify, the product must be:
• Uninstalled, unworn, and unaltered
• Not cut, colored, bleached, chemically processed, or heat-damaged
• Free of odor, product buildup, tangling, shedding from use, or any signs of wear
• Returned in clean, resellable condition with original packaging included
Not Eligible for Exchange
Products are not eligible if they have been:
• Installed/worn
• Cut, colored, bleached, or chemically altered
• Used with styling products (mousse, spray, gels, oils, etc.)
• Returned in a condition that cannot be resold
Return Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Equal-Value Exchange
• Exchanges are for equal value.
• If you choose an item of higher value, you may pay the difference.
• If you choose an item of lower value, store credit may be issued for the difference.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
